The staff in general is excellent and affable. A comfort king room has basic facilities you need. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast with muffins to die for and pastries, as example.

Had 2 days in Venice, spending my time here lovely. The employees were truly friendly all the time. The location was marvellous and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a cathedral church. Moreover, it was right by all the stops, academia near the Guggenheim and located off main tourist track.
The staff - some of them were very rude.

Al Vaporetto is an easy walk to the hotel. Comfortable base for a trip in Venice! We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose ad place venice.
